We want to make sure that you love the products you receive from us! Should you not be satisfied with your purchase from our online shop, we offer a 15-day return policy on all items. Simply e-mail us at email@example.com or call us at 201-707-4246 and notify a customer service representative of your return. Each item must be in its original, unused condition and original packaging. We are not able to accept any opened packages or used products back.
If a return is the result of our error, we will pay all shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you had free shipping on your order, outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your original purchase price (minus any shipping charges, as outlined above) within 7-10 business days.
